Ancient Civilizations

Stainless

In the courtyard of a temple in Delhi, in India there is a column made of welded iron pieces that have been exposed to wear for over 4000 years without ever showing no sign of oxidation, and which do not contain sulfur or phosphorus. We have before us, then, a strange alloy. Perhaps the column was erected by a group of engineers who have the resources to build a huge building, but wanted to bequeath to posterity a visible monument to defy the column tiempo.La weighs over six tons, what is curious is that in Europe could not have built not one piece of a similar size to the late nineteenth century.
